- TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
- Local Moves:
Payment must be received at the end of the move by certified check, cash, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or money order only. - International Relocation:
Prepayment of all charges is required prior to release of household goods. Shipments with destination port only must be prepaid prior to shipping. - Baggage Shipments:
Prepayment of all charges is required prior to arrival of goods at final destination. - Storage/Warehouse Distribution:
Storage charges will be billed on a monthly basis and funds are due upon receipt of invoice. - Domestic Relocation:
Prepayment of all charges is required prior to arrival of goods at final destination. - Commercial Shipments:
Prepayment of all charges is required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - Payment methods:
We accept cashier's checks, cash, and money orders as payment.
Credit cards, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. - Insurance Claims
- If any of your household goods are damaged or lost, report it immediately and in detail on the driver's copy (original) of the inventory sheet before you sign it. If you notice damages after you have unpacked, you must file a claim within 90 days after delivery. We recommend that you report damages as soon as possible. The mover must acknowledge receipt of your claim within 30 days and must deny or make an offer within 120 days of receipt of your claim. When making a claim or considering a settlement, keep in mind the amount of liability that you declared on your shipment. Claims for more than this amount will be declined because they are in excess of the mover's liability that you declared for your shipment.
